Short Story
Return:
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after getting your item to ask for a return.
To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you got it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at thcanearme@gmail.com If we accept your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label. We’ll also give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first asking for a return won’t be accepted.
Damages and issues
Check your order when you get it. If it’s broken, wrong, or not right, tell us fast. We’ll look into it and fix it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some things can’t be returned. This includes food, flowers, plants, custom orders, and beauty products. We also can’t take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you’re unsure about your item, just ask us. We’re here to help. Remember, we can’t take back sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Then, buy the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll let you know when we’ve checked your return. We’ll tell you if the refund is okay or not. If it is, you’ll get your money back on the way you paid for it.
Remember, it might take some time for your bank or credit card to show the refund.
